Nothing is working my app still says it can’t connect but everything else which uses the wifi router is working fine & the bosch website says the controller is online. So frustrating as I use that app all the time

Bosch Technical Team have replied to my email. Apparently they are having problems and currently working on it. No idea when issue will be resolved, but has now been down for a while !

Spoke to Bosch this am. Yes, it’s a problem May their end a “World wide problem”, they said that they were hoping to fix by close of play today. Given that it’s 4pm now, I’m not holding my breath. It’s b***** annoying though.
My are the same not working with the app since 7th February afternoon ! Can’t login ! Keep telling me to check internet connection! It’s working fine my router ! Using the easy control manually to control heating at the moment! I am going to wait for few days to see they will fix the app problem! Anyone here have a solution kindly share it with us !
Same problem cannot connect to browser and get error message as above”something went wrong etc”!!! Working until sometime yesterday afternoon. Until I came across this website I was assuming fault may have been at my end. Now spent several hours trying to find the problem.

Just found that there is an update available for the app if you open it up in playstore. Ive just done that and all working fine now. Thats 18.30 wednesday. Hope that helps.
