I am unable to login today (2/22/23) (though I was logged in yesterday). I uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it keeps saying my email or password is incorrect. However, I am able to login on my PC with the same information. I have quadruple checked that I do not have any typos. I have also restarted my phone several times. Any thoughts on what to do? I can’t find anyway to contact them to get help. 🙁

Last 3 days not loading new emails say internet error even i am online with mobile data or wifi… I cleared cache cleared data reinstalled app nothing helped 🙄
Wrote to the MyMail app developers, by looking them up on Google Play Store. They responded immediately, admitting the technical problems are on their end, ( not ours, their customers ). So, the customers don’t need to jump through a bunch of hoops, doing irrelevant things to your hardware, or updating your software. None of which will help. The developers said, they are aware of the problem, and are working on it. They didn’t give me any details about the problem, ( even though, I asked ), and they gave no estimate for restoring email service. I requested, ( for the convenience of the customers ), that the developers should simply reinstate, ( “roll us all back” ), to an older, reliable, previous version of MyMail, so we can continue using the app, until they get these problems with the current version ironed out? Of course, the developers won’t admit it, ( if true ), and I don’t know what’s going on, but I inquired of them, whether they’d been hacked, and whether they are currently being held hostage by ransomware? They didn’t respond to any of my questions, but apologized for the inconvenience.
I confirm. These problems are by the developers, not by the user’s side.
i have 3 emails connected with the mymail app, and with my gmail and hotmail i can send emails but with my yahoo i cant anymore. i can reiceve on all 3 but not send on yahoo.
